Payment & Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Free cancellation up to 61 days prior to departure
• 60–31 days before: 50% cancellation fee
• 30–15 days before: 75% cancellation fee
• 14 days or less: 100% cancellation fee
• No refunds for unused services unless due to valid and documented reasons
