Payment & Cancellation Policy:
- A deposit is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Free cancellation up to 61 days prior to departure
- 60–31 days before: 50% cancellation fee
- 30–15 days before: 75% cancellation fee
- 14 days or less: 100% cancellation fee
- No refunds for unused services unless due to valid and documented reasons
